1.  I have a problem with my home. Who do I call?      The Rules and Regulations of New Allegheny Homeowners Association as amended on July 13, 1994, Rule # 16 reads in part:   Questions or concerns should be directed, in writing (except in emergencies), to the managing agent employed by the Board of Directors.  These will then be directed to the Board for appropriate action.  Acri Commercial Realty Inc.        Rules & Regulations
 
2.  When is the garbage going to be picked up?      Garbage pick up is provided by the City of Pittsburgh.  The Rules and Regulations of New Allegheny Homeowners Association as amended on July 13, 1994 state,  Rule # 6.  All trash, garbage and other waste must be placed out for collection in accordance with City of Pittsburgh ordinances which prohibit trash to be at the curb prior to sundown the day before pickup.    Schedule's:          1st quarter year         2nd quarter year     3rd quarter year     4th quarter year
